Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need help, please contact us as soon as possible at service@grandscopestore.com with your order number.

I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don't see it, contact us at service@grandscopestore.com and we'll confirm your order status.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to:

  • View order history
  • Save your shipping information
  • Save your favorite items
  • Track your orders more easily
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Availability may vary depending on your location.

Do you offer discount codes?

We may offer promotions from time to time. Please note:

  • Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise
  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many regions worldwide. If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact us at service@grandscopestore.com and we will do our best to assist.

Will I have to pay duties or customs fees?

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in your purchase total and are the responsibility of the customer.

My order is delayed—what should I do?

Shipping delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing. If your order appears delayed, please contact us with your order number and we will help you track it.

My tracking says "delivered" but I didn't receive my package.

Please check around your delivery location, with household members, neighbors, or your building's front desk. If you still cannot locate it, contact the shipping carrier directly. You may also email us and we will assist where possible.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • In original packaging

Can I return worn or washed items?

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Can I return underwear, swimwear, or pierced jewelry?

For hygiene reasons, underwear, lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, and pierced jewelry are non-returnable.

What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@grandscopestore.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, tag, and packaging. We will review your request and assist as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


📏 Sizing, Fit & Fabric

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide with detailed measurements. We recommend measuring a similar piece you already own and comparing.

If you're between sizes, check the fit notes on the product page or contact us at service@grandscopestore.com for personalized guidance.

What if an item doesn't fit?

If you're not happy with the fit, you can return the item following our Return & Refund Policy (unworn, unwashed, tags attached, within 30 days).

Do you offer exchanges for a different size?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the original item and place a new order to ensure your size is reserved.

What materials are your clothes made of?

Fabric composition is listed on each product page (e.g., cotton, linen, viscose, polyester, wool blends). If you need confirmation for a specific item or have fabric allergies, email us at service@grandscopestore.com

Are the colors in photos accurate?

We do our best to display colors accurately. However:

  • Slight color differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or fabric dye batches
  • Prints and patterns may vary slightly in placement between pieces
Do your clothes have a smell when first opened?

Some items—especially dark denim, dyed cotton, or wool—may have a mild fabric smell when first opened. This usually fades after airing out in a ventilated space, or a gentle first wash according to the care label.

How should I wash and care for my clothes?

Always follow the care label inside each garment. General tips:

  • Wash with similar colors; turn delicate items inside out
  • Avoid high heat when drying—air dry when possible
  • Steam rather than iron prints, embellishments, or delicate fabrics
  • Store knitwear folded (not hung) to preserve its shape
Will my clothes shrink after washing?

Natural fibers (like cotton, linen, and wool) may shrink slightly if washed incorrectly. Follow the care label closely and use cold water / low heat to minimize shrinkage.
